(4/9) The eigenvector applet used in class is available here if
you want to play around with it.
(3/17) There is no Reading Response for Monday 3/19. A RRQ
will be posted for Wednesday.
(3/9) More Reading Response Questions have been added, and
solutions to the first Exam have been posted (see below).
(2/26) Section 2.3 has been transfered from HW#4 to HW#5.
(2/26) The Reading Response for section 2.2 will be accepted through
Wednesday at 11am. The Reading Response for section 2.3 will be
accepted through Friday. (In the future we will not usually have
Reading Response due on Fridays.)
(2/15) As was discussed in class, because of the PNW MAA Section Meeting, the second midterm exam will be moved to
Wednesday, April 18 from Monday, April 16.
(2/8) Note that due to my illness, the Reading Response due dates have been pushed back
Class meets every MWF 1:00-1:50 in PT 204.
The first day of class is Wednesday, January 31. I look forward to seeing you there!
• RREF Flowchart: A flowchart detailing the process to
reduce an arbitrary matrix to row echelon form and reduced row echelon
form. This reduction is one method used to solve linear systems.
• MATLAB Intro: We will be working
on this worksheet in class on Friday 2/16.
